The kitchen has a 5 burner gas range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator.
Additionally, our kitchens are stocked with the essentials including: salad plates, dinner plates, bowls, kids plates, coffee mugs, water glasses, wine glasses, and cutlery. Standard size pots and sauce pans, baking sheets, mixing bowls, colander, serving platter, serving bowl, casserole dish, cutting boards, cooking utensils, toaster, 12 cup ground drip coffee maker, hand mixer, and blender.
We do not provide a slow cooker, Keurig coffee maker or a French Press coffee maker.
Each house consists of four king beds (fitted sheet, flat sheet, fleece blanket, and four king pillows per bed) and four queen beds located in the bunk room (fitted sheet, flat sheet, fleece blanket, and two standard pillows per bed).
The houses can accommodate FOUR vehicles max. We do not allow oversized vans, RV’s, Boats and/or trailers. Should you need overflow we recommend the following two options:
Kitchen amenities include one roll of paper towels, a sealed kitchen sponge, a 3oz. bottle of Palmolive, seven dishwasher tabs, seven washing machine pods, and seven trash bags.
Each bathroom includes 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 hotel sized soap bar, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel with 7 make wipe removers. Each house has 16 bath towels, 8 wash cloths, and 5 hand towels stocked.
The nearest airport is the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) in Panama City, FL. Uber and Lyft services are typically available from the Panama City Airport, however Uber and Lyft services around the 30A area and return trips to the airport can be difficult to secure. We highly recommend a rental car or pre-arranged travel with a local reputable transportation company. We highly recommend Sand Dollar Transportation for airport transportation and reservations can be made easily via their website. While we do not supply bikes we are happy to refer you to some of our favorite local companies. Our guests have had great experiences with Good Pedals and Salt Air 30A, you can even reserve bikes online through their websites.
We do provide a standard pack and play in each house but beyond that we recommend reaching out to Beach Baby Crib Rentals for all you baby gear needs. You can browse their items and reserve online at https://beachbabycribs.com.
Golf carts can be a helpful and easy way to get around while staying and we recommend Santa Rosa Beach Golf Carts (srbgolfcart.com).
Should you choose to rent a golf cart or LSV please be aware of the rules in Walton County.
Golf Carts or LSVs are not allowed in Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seacrest, or Seaside. They cannot be driven on roads where the posted speed limit is over 35 MPH. The driver must be 16 and have a valid drivers’ license and must be equipped with the following safety equipment:

You are welcome to bring you own gear and we recommend setting up a spot early in the morning! If you'd like to buy chairs and beach toys once you arrive, most local grocery stores have a well stocked selection. Additionally, the nearest Target and Wal-Mart are roughly 15 minutes away and usually have a vast selection of chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys.
